Condition of Merchandise
All items described for sale condition: mint, excellent, very good, or good (see chart below). All items will be described and photographed with the intent to represent them as accurately as possible. We would be glad to provide additional information upon request on any item.
Measurements
We do not except refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit. To ensure proper fit please compare your individual measurements to Momentum Vintage “description measurements” before making a purchase. For example; a vintage size 14 dress may be closer to a modern size 10. As a rule, older clothing items tend to be smaller. When items are measured we double; Bust, Waist, and Hips measurements. Please feel free to email us for more information on any of our items if needed we would be glad to assist.
Condition Rating
Mint: Like new, no visible signs of flaws or wear.
Excellent: Used with minimal noticeable flaws.
Very Good: Used shows minor flaws.
Good: Shows signs of wear, minor flaws, and/or optional repairs maybe needed.
Jewelry
We do not polish “some” of our vintage jewelry in an effort to maintain it’s integrity. The age, finish/patina of our vintage jewelry is original. We leave any cleaning to the discretion of the buyer.
Refunds & Exchanges
Most items listed on Momentum Vintage are pre-owned unless otherwise indicated and therefore, must be Sold As Is. We make every effort to carefully inspect each item listed for its condition. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are accurately represented once a purchase has been completed.
If the condition outlined in our description is incorrect or misleading, we will make every effort to rectify our mistake. Email us immediately at contact@MomentumVintage.com to notify us of the problem and request a review of your purchase.
An approval must be issued prior to any item being eligible for a refund and must include the “original packaging”, all labels, tags, and the item must be in the same unaltered condition as shipped. Items that do not meet this criterion will not be accepted. If a return is granted we will refund the full purchase price, and any shipping cost paid. The refund will be posted to your account immediately once the item has been received and its condition verified. Returns must be post marked within twenty four (24) hours of an approval being issued.
Please Note: Buyer will be responsible for “any” fees incurred thru Paypal if buyer cancels the order for “any reasons” after purchase!
Domestic Shipping
Momentum Vintage will mail all items via USPS unless otherwise noted. We will provide “Free Shipping” for all Domestic orders via USPS. If you would like a specific shipping option please contact us for availability and pricing prior to checkout. Item will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment through Paypal. Standard Shipping Methods: We ship all orders same day if received within post office open hours or within next 24 hours. Monday thru Friday is our regular shipping days holidays exempted. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during Covid 19. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you must contact us prior to checkout at: contact@www.momentumvintage.com.
Delivery address must be a residence or street address, not a P.O. Box, FPO or APO address. There may be exceptions please inquire prior to purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time due to Covid 19.
Payments
If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, Momentum Vintage reserves the right to cancel the order and relist.
Due to Paypal buyer protection requirements all purchases using PayPal will require a Confirmed shipping aaddress on their transaction details page. Please email any questions prior to making a purchase.
Privacy Policy
Momentum Vintage takes your privacy very seriously. We do not share or sell your information under any circumstances; it is used exclusively to manage your account or transactions only.
Momentum Vintage reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
